Beth Roekle joined Advantage xPO in 2011 as Vice President of Operations. She was named President of Advantage xPO, North America in 2015 and reports to Toshio Oka, CEO of Advantage Resourcing. Roekle is responsible for delivery management, growth and expansion for the xPO business in North America.

A member of the HRO Today Services and Technology Association’s Regional Board of Advisors, Beth was named a “2014 Provider Superstar” in the Recruiting and Talent Acquisition category.
Prior to joining Advantage xPO, Beth was Vice President of Operations for PeopleScout (a division of TrueBlue, Inc.). She holds a J.D. from DePaul University and a B.A. from Northwestern University.
Executive VP - Program Accounts
Karl oversees all activities associated with the management of “Managed Service Programs” to all of Advantage xPO’s strategic partnerships. He is responsible for the overall relationship with each client including, solution development, sales, and delivery excellence with multiple suppliers, industry/market trends, VMS tools, training and education.
Starting in 2004, Karl came to Advantage Technical Resourcing with a 16-year senior management background in Sales and Operations Management. He held a variety of strategic sales and operations roles in the high technology and financial services industries. His well established background includes sales executive positions at Trans Union, The Mathworks, Charette and IKON Office Solutions. He has received numerous awards for sales performance as well as recognition from clients for outstanding quality of service. In 2016, Karl transitioned to Advantage xPO to bring his expertise to the MSP solutions programs.
Karl holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bentley College and an A.S. in Computer Technology/Management from Dean College.
Roberta Coggins joined Advantage xPO in 2007 as a Recruiter onsite at a prestigious global banking institution supporting Finance. Roberta was promoted to Senior Recruiter then Program Manager in 2013 for the account. She was responsible for account delivery management and revenue.
Prior to joining Advantage xPO, Roberta was with the Intercontinental Exchange, ICE (formerly the New York Stock Exchange) for seven years managing the MSP program. She holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from Long Island University and a B.S from Medgar Evers College, CUNY.
Rob Romano joined Advantage Resourcing in September 2004 having worked in the staffing industry for over 16 years. Rob started his tenure as an Account Manager, before moving into the role of Regional Safety Manager supporting both Advantage Resourcing and Advantage xPO. In October 2013, he was named Sr. Program Manager of Advantage xPO Business Process Outsourcing accounts and in June 2015 was promoted to BPO Program Director. As a BPO Program Director, he oversees delivery management, profitability, and growth of BPO business in North America.
Rob holds a Bachelors degree from Rhode Island College.
Business Development Director
Laurie Harms joined Advantage xPO in 2015 as a business development leader. She brings 16 years of industry knowledge in staffing solutions and marketing to her role. She has previous leadership experience managing teams, cultivating large scale solutions and managed services on a national level.
Laurie is responsible for establishing new business and articulating client needs and Advantage xPO solutions. Laurie attended Indiana University with a focus in Communications.
Managing Director, Advantage xPO UK & EMEA
Mike assumed the role of Managing Director in 2015, responsible for the strategic and operational development of the combined UK recruitment business. Mike reports to Mr. Oka, CEO of Advantage Resourcing.
Mike previously held the position of Strategic Accounts Director for Advantage Resourcing UK; responsible for the development of key strategic clients within the Defence, Aerospace and IT Infrastructure. He has extensive experience working within the complex arena of SOW and fixed price projects. Mike has been part of Advantage Resourcing since 2004.
Mike has a BA in Economic Policy from the University of Hull and an MA in Economics from the University of Exeter.
Marketing & Bids Manager, Advantage xPO UK & EMEA
Chris is an experienced Business Development professional working in Sales and Marketing for over twelve years most recently focusing on the Managed Service Program (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) industries.
He has managed teams of various sizes and worked across a full spectrum of industries in both B2B and B2C sectors. A highly motivated individual who can work at all levels of an organisation with a powerful desire to win new business.
The unique ability to implement and successfully managed all aspects of the Sales and Bid processes for complex business deals across the UK, Europe and ROW. A keen technologist and Marketer, Chris has a wealth of knowledge of social media strategies to enhance all aspects of both the recruitment and sales cycles.
Chris re-joined Advantage xPO at the end of 2015.
Sales & Business Development MSP & RPO, Advantage xPO UK & EMEA
Chester began his career in Engineering, in fact it was Quality Engineering where he learnt how to “solve” technical problems and improve manufacturing processes. As a natural progression he joined a technical recruitment business in the 1990’s.
By 2006, I achieved the “The Diploma in Strategic Company Direction” awarded by the Institute of Directors (IOD) and subsequently promoted to Contracts Director in 2007.
In 2010, he joined the Recruitment & Employment Confederation, Technical and Engineering Executive Board, with the aim of providing specialist support and advice to recruitment agencies working in the Engineering and Technical sectors.
In 2013, Chester became a Fellow Member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (FIRP) awarded by the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) I continue to develop my recruitment knowledge by attending a number of recruitment and sales training courses.
In September 2016, he joined Advantage xPO working in a team that delivers strategic results for organisations in line with their needs. By delivering measurable and tangible benefits and streamlined processes we enable our clients to focus on their day to day activities.
