Operations Analyst - Latham, NY

Job Description:

The Operations Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining individual and corporate contracts and fees for both institutional and individual clients. The position also assists with the billing function for certain PWM accounts, Foundational Counseling, and Executive Counseling. This is a contract position with the potential to become permanent. This is a full time, 12 month contract opportunity with a high potential to convert permanently, offering competitive pay at $40k-$45k annually, paid time off, vacation and bank holidays! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Process billing changes for all service lines across the company



Field questions and calls from internal teams pertaining to contracts policies/procedures and other client maintenance items



Work with PWM service teams to process account terminations



Review corporate contracts to determine billing terms for entry into internal systems



Work closely with internal groups, including Legal, Controllers and PWM



Maintain internal databases necessary to other business groups as it relates to Contracts and Billing



Work closely with Legal to draft contracts for delivery to both individual and corporate contracts



Associate must understand and adhere to all policies and procedures including, but not limited to, quality, client service, information security, and compliance



Maintain and ensure current procedures are updated to ensure activity is correctly documented







QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS



Bachelor's degree with concentration in Business, Finance, or Accounting



Experience in the Financial Industry preferred



Working knowledge of certain Microsoft products including Word, Windows, PowerPoint, and Outlook,



Advanced knowledge of excel preferred



Superior written and verbal communication skills



Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization



Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships



Ability to interface with senior leadership



Self-motivated



Detail-oriented



Excellent organizational skills

Ability to multi-task
